Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are designed to scale with you — move from Foundation to Growth to Embedded as your contract volume and risk grow.
What happens if I have a dispute or lawsuit?
Growth includes light dispute triage — demand letters and early collections. Embedded includes litigation oversight, where we manage the matter on your behalf rather than billing it hourly. Full litigation engagements fall outside the subscription and are scoped separately.
Is this a replacement for in-house counsel?
For many businesses, yes — especially those not yet ready to hire. The Embedded plan is built for companies that are almost ready for in-house counsel and want a part-time GC in the meantime.
How is pricing determined?
Each plan is a flat monthly retainer — $900 for Foundation, $2,500 for Growth, and $6,000 for Embedded — based on the level of support your business needs. We'll confirm the right fit on the intro call.
